Be very aware if you are offered a job by this organization. GET EVERYTHING in writing. Management frequently has amnesia of things they promised on offer. You are told one thing one day, then next day its the opposite. No salaried job is ever 40 hours....more like 50-60 at this place. No one ever thanks you for your efforts. Schedules are changed on a dime and you are told "the schedule is subject to change at any moment." There is no employee engagement. Quite honestly management doesn't even seem to know the term "engagement". Management constantly provokes office drama. Always remember "if it is too good to be true...it's probably not."
