Work environment was fairly toxic, if you didn’t chain-smoke outside you weren’t “in” with the manager. No policy and procedures so made it pretty chaotic, over worked- too many requisitions and too many hiring managers to adequately do your job, pay was low (under market) and pay was unequal between people within the department.
