Management non-existent. No teamwork. People talk down to one another and look for every opportunity to stab others in the back. One of the doctors repeatedly badmouthed her patients. Only given negative feedback and never any positive reinforcement. Chronically short-staffed. Frequent travel to offices 1+ hour away. Made us enforce mask policy but did not back us up when patients were defensive/argumentative about it.
