Pros
Good benefits, steady schedule, average pay. Some departments have very good managers, but it's not consistent across entire network.
Cons
Management is terrible. HR discriminates based on color. Management plays favorites and promotes people for helping them to get rid of other workers. No consequences for a coworker who violated HIPPA by going through my medical chart. No consequences when coworkers physically assaulted another coworker.
