disgusting - Anonymous employee Allegheny Health Network Employee Review

Same as most corporations. Employees fight with each other because management doesn't support them. Employees are underpaid, and department's are stretched too thin. Employees are apathetic and rude. In my short time here the employees in my dept have criticized juneteeth and the pride parade, and accused innocent patients of asking for the bathroom key of using drugs instead of assisting them. it's disheartening to see such contempt for patients in a setting where helping ppl is literally the sole goal of the organization (or should be). disgusting, I'm looking for a new job and can't wait to be gone from this toxic environment
