The administration aspect of the hospital left a lot to be desired. It didn't appear, at least to me that the OR, in particular, was run very well at all. This caused an undue amount of unnecessary stress. I felt it was very unprofessional. Because of that, I would never go back there to work, unless there was a drastic change in the management of the OR dept. in particular
