      -Encouraged use of cutting edge technology, where applicable -Flexible to hours worked by employees... as long as 40 hours were put in, didn't really matter when -Friendly, comfortable environment, full of fun personalities -Feel more professional than most IT departments... shirt & tie everyday

      Cons

      -Management is very disorganized -One department is not aware of what another department is doing -Nepotism exists from the C-level down to junior employees, paving the way for inappropriate promotions/demotions -Little view of 'big picture' on the part of management
