Pros
Co workers and team really worked well. The patients are the most important and the workers knew that.
Cons
Executive management is a disaster. Patients are only important if they continue to need services. Communication between the highest management and the lower management or even the workers was non-existent. Mixed messages all around. For being a health care system, it is an extremely unhealthy place to work.
