NOT WORTH THE PAY - Phlebotomist Allegheny Health Network Employee Review

The other phlebs are full of drama and ALWAYS trying to push their work on the newer people so they can sit down in the lab all day and gossip. Management picks favorites and those people are allowed to do whatever they want all day long while the others bust their butts and then YOU get in trouble for one small mistake. AWFUL walking on eggshells everyday at work. MULTIPLE people come in over 30 minutes late and leave over 30 minutes early EVERYDAY and nothing is ever done or said to them. I'm not a person that let's people get to me easily, but this is by far the worst, most miserable job I've ever had.
