Cons
AST is very clear that they wish to grow and maintain a strong workforce, but there don't always seem to be many opportunities for advancement. AST seems to have a good strategic vision for moving the company forward into new markets during the next few years, but they've experienced a lot of growth lately and the transition from a small (50+) company to a bigger (200+) company appears to be more difficult than management had anticipated.
