Pros

Above average pay, excellent ethics, good products, strong sales team, very profitable. Many of the employees, especially newer and lower level are really nice people.

Cons

Deceptively high employee terminations, especially in the Carmel office. Talk to some recently departed employees before accepting a job here. Frequent organizational changes result in many firings, especially for newer employees. The reality is they could deliver sales for years with just the sales and manufacturing teams, everyone else is disposable. Don't be their Bic lighter. Leadership is highly technology adverse despite superb marketing efforts to convince you otherwise (these are for investors, not for employees) Sales team is the strength of the company, but many are nearing retirement age.

Pros

Good benefits and pay is competitive Flexible PTO and work options

Cons

Things move very slowly from development opportunities to decision making. Not very big on diversity and you can feel like an outsider if you have a different mindset than leadership. Culture is not for everybody.
