Pros

Well established brands that are recognized within the industry as premium products. There is a good competitive pay structure for the sales team, with decent bonuses that pay out well.

Cons

Since this company spun off from Ingersoll Rand it has taken a very specific path towards "revenue" growth and revenue growth only, at any cost. Upper management is only interested in satisfying shareholders, they have no interest in the people that make their company strong. They can get away with this in the short term because of the strength of the brands, however, it is a dangerous path for long term success. Eventually this will lead to the weakening of their sales force. If you are considering employment with this company, I would strongly suggest that you ask the difficult questions. Put yourself in a position of strength and force them to address these issues. The competitive pay scale that they will likely offer will be difficult to pass up, but if you are looking for a long-term career I would strongly consider alternate employers.

Pros

Good benefits and pay is competitive Flexible PTO and work options

Cons

Things move very slowly from development opportunities to decision making. Not very big on diversity and you can feel like an outsider if you have a different mindset than leadership. Culture is not for everybody.
