Didnt find upto now... Only pro is that it is supported by allegis big time... Salary will be in time.... office location is good.. didnt have any more pros... Office floor is good.
Cons
Well it starts here. Joined not so long back and probably will not continue to be in here. This is my 4 company and haven't seen a management worst like this. No communication, No direction, No motivation. Upper management doesnt bother about employees. they just hire them by luring candidates, giving fake promises, only thing that concerns them is how to send to customer location without knowing whats his background and experience. If you really want to rest and just take salary and go home then only join specifically bcoz you might not find it any where else. Well Growth wise its null... I regret leaving my old company to join here. And will regret ever that Easi made me and colleagues a big time BAKRA.
