Pros
1. Getting a position with EASi is not that difficult as they have good client base such as Caterpillar. 2. There are CSA's alloted to you that are your point of contact in the company if you need anything. 3. Great immigration department that actually helps you.
Cons
1. They lowball the offer once you tell them your previous pay and the will definitely get you lower than your previous pay. 2. Negotiation is difficult if you got laid off as they know you are desperate for a job and will accept anything to stay afloat. 3. Benefits are terrible and I don't even feel like talking about them. 4. The manager at Caterpillar seems to be an old school manager who has tough time believing that employees can actually work from home and get things done. 5. The immigration process after getting the visa is not defined correctly.
