Horribly incompetent - Design Engineer Allegis Group Employee Review

After months of asking for a cost of living increase, was denied because of my 'communication skills' which is the same thing they apparently say to everyone in performance evals. They also didn't pay me for the first month and a half I worked there because they entered my bank info wrong and did nothing to fix it and blamed my bank for the problem. Turns out they forgot a digit on my routing number and refused to admit it was their fault. Made me late on my bills and then held it against me in my performance eval because I voiced my opinion on their inability to make sure I was paid on time. They had to resort to paying me with preloaded Visa cards. This was literally the worst and most unprofessional group of people I've ever experienced. No raises, benefits aren't worth it, no growth as an employee and no clear direction on anything. Constantly changing points of contact because they obviously can't retain anyone. This company is bad in almost every way.
