Many 1) NO SHIFT ALLOWANCE The easi team came to college for campus hiring , they portrayed them self as an MNC. But this MNC doesn't pay shift allowance. The sad thing is they didn't tell this during the campus hiring. I got to know that this company doesn't pay shift allowance on the day of joining. The CTC that was offered was 330000 rupees which was equivalent to some of IT company like Infosys and Accenture. But those IT companies pay shift allowance of 300 rupees per day if you work in shifts. So you end up earning 1lakh more on the CTC in those IT companies. But at Easi the CTC of 330000( with 2 year bond) is inclusive of that shift allowance. And the new joiners are must and should work in shifts either 6am to 3.:30 pm or 3pm to 12:30 am. It's been two years from the day that I joined and I had always worked in shifts without getting shift allowance. 2) NO FREE CAB initially before joining, during campus hiring, the HR told me that they will provide free cab for one way. But after joining the company they refused to provide free CAB saying that they have changed there policy, and charged 3000 rupees for one way only. And you will get that cab if some of your colleagues also living in your area who are also opting cab. 3) NO COMPENSATORY HOLIDAY IF YOU WORK ON WEEKENDS some times manager will ask you to work extra even on weekends. But they will not pay you any money for the work, this shows exploitation of the employees. 4) NO CLARIFICATION ON WORK LOCATION Here there is no fixed working location,today you might be working in Bangalore Koramangala office and tomarrow you might have to go to Whitefield for work. They can change your work location any time. 5) NO YEARLY BONUS When we asked the management about why don't they pay any shift allowance they said that there are other people who are there to replace you , who are ready to work without shift allowance. They know that in mechanical branch there is too much supply and very less demand and they take advantage of that by exploiting there employees.
