Pros
Potential for growth opportunities in most departments. Many resources available for personal/professional development; trainings classes, webinars, tuition reimbursement, etc.
Cons
Definitely some bad apples in leadership; maybe tenure has cause complacency for some? Some leaders only regurgitate company's message but do not put in to practice themselves. Cliquey vibe amongst leadership. Company promotes diversity of thought and different work styles, but some leaders are not actually accepting of those differences. Pay is not great.
