Cons
Contract team is willing to deceive both the client and the employee. Contract representatives can be extremely rude and unprofessional. Their primary tactic is to destroy your self-esteem so that you don' t think you're worth as much. They offer you objectively low pay, and if you ask for something more in line with the national or local market based on your education, experience, skills, or accomplishments, they tell you you aren't worth it, they don't care if they have your business, you couldn't do better if you tried, etc. Their representatives will agree to do something, such as reach out to the client, and then come back later pretending they have done it when they have not. They leverage co-employment laws to the greatest possible extent to keep the client in the dark and complacent.
