Pros
A very good organization. The policies are crystal clear. HRs are very helping and professional. Do not have to run around people to get things done. People are very understanding and geniune. This is one of the very few organization that focuses on wellbeing of its staff.
Cons
- During furlough period of client companies, the employee either has to take leave or apply for loss of pay. The company does not pay during that period
