Terrible company that has taken a dive in the last 2 years. Flexibility is a dirty word there and leadership guilts you for working from home, taking appointments or not staying back after hours. The senior billers in the company do not sell and rely on handouts from the US/MSPs and they berate the junior billers on activity and sales not knowing how to sell themselves. Senior Leadership (GM/Directors) have failed in terms of revenue growth and headcount with a staggering attrition rate and are big advocates for micromanagement. Avoid working here if you want your mental sanity.
