Outsiders hired who resist adopting the Allegis culture, preferring to replicate their previous environments. Toxic behaviors, including gaslighting and dishonesty. Leadership fails to defend employees, even when they are at fault. Unrealistic deadlines lead to prolonged overwork (18+ months and continuing). Senior leadership is biased and punishes differing opinions. Diversity of thought is not rewarded.
