      Students were incredible, co-workers were good people, principal was very understanding and helpful

      Cons

      Low compensation-especially for price to live in NJ, short-staffed often, took a lot of work home, no teachers work period

      Pros

      Rewarding experience working with the clients, a majority of the time not a stressful working environment, co-workers are very nice, and management is understanding/flexible.

      Cons

      When employees call out you often times have to fill in for them because of the limited number of staff members and some of the clients can, unfortunately, be behavioral.
