Pros

Co-workers are helpful and friendly, it's a really great place to learn. They make coming to work a joy, its the management and higher ups that make it hard to stay.

Cons

Job is misrepresented. Normally Customer Service is much simpler than what this job is. This is more like Sales/Production/Customer Liaison with the different departments that are involved. Very hectic, system has a lot of exceptions to the rules, making it hard to learn as you go when you think you understand it, it changes again. Great if you love chaos. Otherwise, stick with a place that is more cut and dry, and will pay more.

Pros

Work week is 37.5 hours. Separate bathrooms from men and women.

Cons

Don’t get me started on low pay. Success at Allen Flavors is based on who your direct manager is. You are truly just a number at Allen Flavors and you will be reminded frequently. The owners sister is director of customer service and may god have mercy on your soul if she doesn’t like you, best to fake a smile and join her book club. HR is not your friend, you can find the court cases online from past employees for being fired due to old age.
