Pros
My time at Allen Flavors although short on time. Was a very positive one. From the day I walked in for my interview I felt the positivity in the company. The feeling of this is a place where I can grow to be a more productive person. The support and knowledge I received from my supervisor James. Will undoubtedly help me as I move on to my future endeavors. Allen Flavors is full of great people and I walk away knowing that if I knock on their door in the future. They will accept me back in the company.
Cons
I wouldn't consider this a con. They are rapidly growing and in need of a bigger space.
