I really enjoyed working at Allen Flavors. The company culture was one of the best I have experienced. No matter what your role is, the management team and executives will always give you respect and kindness and listen to what you have to say. A large amount of the employees have been here for 10+ years which says a lot. The company is always trying to find new ways to keep employee morale up which was great. We have parties, lunches, contests, etc. I definitely recommend people to work here.

I actually do not have anything negative to say about this company. I really enjoyed working there and the staff was amazing.
