Pros
Keeping it cheap and producing a TON of content for multiple streaming platforms and a few television networks. This is a great place to come to start a career or end one. If you are high performing, in the middle of your career, etc, then don't waste your time. Your effort will be much better rewarded at a company that will value what you bring to the table. If you want to work at a national network that requires a highschool diploma, this is the place for you.
Cons
Everything in general. The work is monotonous and repetetive, the people are overwhelmed and, constantly underdeliver. They are moving to a permalancer/gig setup that while it removes redline items (full time employees) so you can borrow more and more money from overseas, it makes a pretty simple company collapse or sell-off as soon as your rates aren't competetive. Don't get used to your co-workers the smart ones leave and the 'loyal' ones are usually just in financial situations where they can't leave easily.
