Pros

The only saving grace was a few good coworkers who made the misery slightly more bearable.

Cons

- Management flat-out lied about pay and career opportunities, luring me in with empty promises. - The reality is nothing but exhausting workloads and endless pressure to reach goals that are impossible to achieve. - Support from management is nonexistent, leaving you stranded and burning out fast. - The overall environment is built on dishonesty, neglect, and complete disregard for employee well-being.

Pros

View is nice but literally the only redeeming quality

Cons

They over work you and treat you like it’s your fault that you’re not producing when there’s hardly any tools available to work with. They prioritize incessant and many teams meeting instead of letting people work on their productivity. The phone system sucks and you never know if it’s someone calling in or the dialer calling out and some poor schmuck answering. Lots of these “leads” are hardly vetted and it counts against you even if they weren’t qualified in the first place. And the pay plan is its own circle of inferno. It’s insulting and the reason why most of the people you will work with are working for minimum wage. Turn over rate is unbelievable and the managers are a bunch of middle management whip cracking drones. Not to mention one of them was just suspended for sleeping with a sales person. There are people who go to the hospital from mental breakdowns from this place and as of recently they fired about 30 staff in one week with no notice. As you can imagine there are a lot of lawsuits headed their way so be wary and don’t get caught in the middle.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide clarification. Our Sales team is supported by leaders with many years of direct industry experience, and this is a performance-driven role. Our compensation model is structured to offer strong earning potential and is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains competitive within the industry. Many of our advisors have built long-term careers with us and consistently meet and often exceed their goals, finding the role both financially and professionally rewarding. We take concerns about leadership seriously and act promptly when issues are raised. While every role comes with its own expectations, our focus remains on fostering a results-driven environment where advisors have the opportunity to develop, perform, and grow their careers.
