Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. We are deeply committed to upholding ethical business practices, adhering to company values, and complying with industry regulations. If any practices were perceived as unfair, we encourage further dialogue to better understand these concerns and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
We recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. While certain roles may experience periods of heightened activity, we emphasize open communication with managers to collaboratively address workload challenges and support personal commitments.
Further, there are extensive opportunities for growth within the Company, as it is our common practice to promote from within.
Finally, we are committed to fairly compensating our employees and regularly benchmark our pay structures against industry standards. We are pleased to state that we currently pay over 50% on many employee premiums and currently offer a free health plan as of the date which this review was left.
View is nice but literally the only redeeming quality

They over work you and treat you like it’s your fault that you’re not producing when there’s hardly any tools available to work with. They prioritize incessant and many teams meeting instead of letting people work on their productivity. The phone system sucks and you never know if it’s someone calling in or the dialer calling out and some poor schmuck answering. Lots of these “leads” are hardly vetted and it counts against you even if they weren’t qualified in the first place. And the pay plan is its own circle of inferno. It’s insulting and the reason why most of the people you will work with are working for minimum wage. Turn over rate is unbelievable and the managers are a bunch of middle management whip cracking drones. Not to mention one of them was just suspended for sleeping with a sales person. There are people who go to the hospital from mental breakdowns from this place and as of recently they fired about 30 staff in one week with no notice. As you can imagine there are a lot of lawsuits headed their way so be wary and don’t get caught in the middle.
