Pros

Before I joined Alleviate Financial, I didn’t realize how deeply a workplace could affect your sense of self. Like many people, I had come to expect that work would be just that—work. A place to clock in, grind through the day, and quietly carry the weight of stress and detachment. I never imagined that one day, I’d look forward to walking into the office. From the very beginning at Alleviate, it was clear: this company is different. There’s a sense of humanity here that I hadn’t encountered in other jobs. People are kind—not performatively, but genuinely. Coworkers celebrate each other’s wins, lift each other up on tough days, and lead with empathy rather than ego. It’s not just the team dynamic—it’s woven into the leadership. Nathan Bishop, our Head of Sales, leads with encouragement and positivity. He believes in people, and that belief is contagious. My manager, Adrian, has a gift for offering guidance in a way that never makes you feel small. His support has helped me grow professionally and personally, and I’ve never once felt judged for not knowing something. That kind of leadership creates a ripple effect. It fosters a culture where people feel safe, supported, and empowered. Where mistakes aren’t met with shame, but with opportunities to learn. Where success is shared, not hoarded. In an industry that can often feel cold or transactional, this warmth is a game-changer. It’s easy to underestimate the power of kindness at work—until you experience it. Being seen, appreciated, and encouraged changes everything. It makes you want to do your best, not out of pressure, but out of pride. It gives you energy instead of draining it. At Alleviate Financial, I feel like I matter. Not just for the numbers I hit or the tasks I complete, but for who I am as an individual.

None that I can think of

Pros

View is nice but literally the only redeeming quality

Cons

They over work you and treat you like it’s your fault that you’re not producing when there’s hardly any tools available to work with. They prioritize incessant and many teams meeting instead of letting people work on their productivity. The phone system sucks and you never know if it’s someone calling in or the dialer calling out and some poor schmuck answering. Lots of these “leads” are hardly vetted and it counts against you even if they weren’t qualified in the first place. And the pay plan is its own circle of inferno. It’s insulting and the reason why most of the people you will work with are working for minimum wage. Turn over rate is unbelievable and the managers are a bunch of middle management whip cracking drones. Not to mention one of them was just suspended for sleeping with a sales person. There are people who go to the hospital from mental breakdowns from this place and as of recently they fired about 30 staff in one week with no notice. As you can imagine there are a lot of lawsuits headed their way so be wary and don’t get caught in the middle.
