Pros

remote work ability, some flexibility depending on your manager

Cons

there has been a long line of poorly chosen managers hired that don't have the minimum skills to lead their teams. No leadership, no advocates. Some don't even show up for meetings to represent their teams. Complete double standards from one team to the next for basic IT processes such as change management. HR continues to "lose" qualified applicants, yet provides non qualified persons to interview, which results in poorly hired/chosen managers poorly hiring new employees, creating a spiraling issue. Upper managment doesn't care - they might even forget your team reports to them!

Pros

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

It was nice meeting the team

Cons

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
