      Benefits package, amount of training available and received, open door policy, friendly staff, communication throughout departments. Yearly company picnic is fun.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive with other MCOs, sometimes information is known by the public before employees, can be difficult to climb the ladder due to amount of supervisor positions available.

      Pros

      Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

      Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

      It was nice meeting the team

      Cons

      Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
