Pros
The people that work here are really great. The worker class give it their all to do their best.
Cons
There is a lot of propaganda about making Alliance great but it is strictly two classes. Overpaid, underqualified management who do not care about the people that support them. You work at a government agency because the pay is lower but the benefits are good. NO MORE! They now charge for employee health, have raised the deductible and make it a crime to go to the ER. The raises are an insult to the workers that have given there best and now it's eaten up by the insurance cost. Management does not care as long as they got theirs which they do. They almost never promote from within. They prefer to hire friends. The CEO is clueless. People are running out the door. The company is living in a delusional bubble which will burst when they have no one left to do the real work.
