Pros

Flex hours, some people are genuine and friendly. benefits are okay

Cons

Promotions are not based on qualifications, work performance or ability. Administrative Assistants are not treated fairly and are not fairly compensated for the work they do. The raises are not encouraging. Little opportunities for growth. Some people are more privileged than others. Communication is terrible.

Pros

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

It was nice meeting the team

Cons

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
