Pros

The work was challenging but it depended on the day. Majority of the employees got along. The work schedule was great and the pay was decent.

Cons

The employees ruled the organization making upper management afraid to discipline those those that caused tension in the workplace. The organization has an issue with racism and discrimination. This makes for an unfavorable place to work.

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
