Pros

Convenient location, good retirement fund plans, some really good and caring people.

Cons

Formerly a small company now has more than three times as many employees, so much of the communication and interpersonal relationships have been sacrificed. More perplexing is the lack of direction and clear path to achieving objectives. After three re-organizations in six months there is much uncertainty and fear, which management does little to nothing to quell or even speak about. The under-staffing and irrational layoffs are making it really hard to keep a positive attitude about anything too. Once you have upset or contradicted senior management, they just want you out.

Pros

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

It was nice meeting the team

Cons

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
