Pros
There's some nice caring people that work here. Nothing bad to say based on what I've seen from the CEO. The salaries appear to be competitive, but as the customer base shrinks (due to legislation) this is likely to wane.
Cons
There's a ton of racism and discrimination, but it gets/ignored denied as it's not along the normal lines. The workforce is very different than the locations which it serves and creates a lot of tribalism and haves vs have nots. When it's mentioned it is met with aggressive denial across all levels, especially from the ones benefiting from it. There's a large part of the workforce that just make and appearance and collect a paycheck. Come in at 9, immediately take a break until 10, 2 hour lunch starting around 11 or so, and out the door around 4. Maybe get in 20 hours a week. Others on a "4x10" flex week but somehow manage to come in and leave no differently than there peers on a 5x8. The benefits are really bad, probably worst I've seen in the area. The working environment is comically bad. I've seen people having to work with loud PA systems feet away for meetings in one of the offices. Lots of continued construction at the new location. Ongoing lighting and temperature issues ongoing for months, with people having to wear coats/gloves and moving boxes. Uneven handling of company policies depending on what team you are on, such as the corporate work from home policy that some managers ignore.
