Promotions are given to those with privilege versus filling positions with qualified candidates with the best performance, education and experience. Annual workplace diversity training is an absolute joke right along with core values the company claims to have. The core values mean nothing if the people in leadership are not held accountable to operating under those values. Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
