      Pros

      Friendly people, team atmosphere, positive attitude. Organization tries to continually improve.

      Cons

      Lots of unknown in Medicaid reform. Constant change and no stability, after awhile it wears on you. Very politically influenced organization. Requests come in frequently and are always the priority. Not super friendly towards telecommuting.

      Pros

      Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

      Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

      It was nice meeting the team

      Cons

      Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
