Pros

Salaries, benefits, opportunities for promotion and personal growth. People employed at Alliance are genuine and care about those they serve. I've never worked for an organization that cared so much about the details for the members they serve. Whole health is so important to thrive in this world and Alliance is working to ensure ALL have a fair chance, and equal access to services that focus on making people whole, i.e., assisting and facilitating employment, housing, social networks, mental health, and substance use counseling services.

Cons

I'm sure there are cons to this company but I've yet to find any. It helps that I'm not looking for any, either.

Pros

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
