      Pros

      I liked my boss, and the work was fairly easy

      Cons

      Complaints to HR are not followed up. The person I had an issue with, my boss's boss, was the subject of several complaints, and yet rather than taking action this person has been promoted within the company.

If you are willing to do so, please email HRInternal@alliancehealthplan.org. Alliance Health has a formal procedure for staff to present their complaints and grievances so the organization may address them. In addition, Alliance Health has an established performance management system to address performance and conduct issues as well as recognize outstanding performance.

      Pros

      Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

      Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

      It was nice meeting the team

      Cons

      Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
