Lots of changes so hard to keep up with everything, communication between teams still needs to improve, if you are required to work in the field the work load is currently high

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
