Great benefits, CFO is down to earth, compassionate and knowledgeable, everyone is happy to help each other, environment promotes finding ways to make things more efficient, lots of flexibility, promotes work life balance, everyone is understanding of mistakes and helps put in processes to prevent them in the future, opportunities for growth due to the growth of Alliance, the team works well together.

Cons

Recently there was a market study done that doesn’t seem to truly reflect the market for the financial positions on the team. Need to be ok with constant change due to Medicaid and MCO consolidation changes.

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
