Pros

The benefits are good. Most of the staff work well together and build relationships with each other and the consumers we serve.

Cons

Management don't care about the well-being of the staff. Senior leadership only acknowledge the staff they know. When new employees come on board with the organization, there is no process to introduce them to the people that are in charge of the company.

Pros

Great company that really cares for the employees and the people we serve. Remote work within the state of North Carolina, very flexible, very autonomous, no micro-management, great benefits, very good pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Our work is productive based so unless you are a self-starter this is probably not for you

It was nice meeting the team

Cons

Bad training poor management. No transparency at all. They set you uo for failure. They act like they will work with you but only if they like you. Girl was a team leader for a day making supervisor decisions
