Pros
Hours are light - people are in at 8 and out right at 5 Client facing role - you get a lot of opportunity to talk to clients, which means you're answering calls from old people and transferring money (you're zelle) Advisor Track - I can't think of a better place to be a financial advisor, you have the best investment research on wallstreet, a team of associates you offload all servicing, resource you can leverage to bring into meetings
Cons
Very sales heavy - if you are not on the advisor path or want to be, it can be hard to create another path bureaucratic - self-explanatory, perception is more important than actual work being done
