Pros

Flexible hours for the most part given you can get the correct approvals. Get to travel some of the mid-west here and there (but that would only apply to a few types of IT positions). I've had the chance to see many of the company's locations and they're all pretty decent atmospheres.

Cons

There's company provided training for soft skills, but getting sent for career related training seems to be a thing of the past which makes it tough to enhance your career and keep up with the times. It might be different for union members or working in the plants, but in the IT, promotions and raises appear to be few and far between.

Pros

- Decent pay - Co-workers good to work with - Home each night

Cons

- Processes and systems aren't as efficient as they could - Select managers shouldn't be in managerial roles - Executives are not in touch with middle management and field workers
