Coming to Alliant is worst career move I have ever made - Shared Services Alliant Energy Employee Review

People are expendable at Alliant Energy, the company uses "restructuring" to get rid of people they no longer want in the organization and then blames it on economic factors. People just seem to disappear with no mention of their departure. Expect to reorg every 6 months, and don't expect to make sense of the changes. The leadership has little regard for the latent effects of their actions.
