Alliant has taken a bad turn as a respected employer. HR is covering up honest reviews to offset the honest truths. It’s a very demanding job and stress is high! Many people from all areas are voluntarily leaving the company. Since offering severance to nearly 100 employees in the last 5 months, tension is running wild! There isn’t enough coverage to complete tasks! The threat of sending jobs to India has been mentioned by our new Director one to many times. Impact analysis by our CIO was mentioned a few times after they reduced staff; not before, but after. People are not happy in their jobs anymore at AE. Anxiety is running high!
