Running on empty - Director Alliant Energy Employee Review

Transformation has devastated this company. So many good people are now gone. IT (which is already thinly staffed) got thinner with a mass layoff. The rest of the organization is down to the bones. Meanwhile, management is collecting their large bonuses by letting go of their staff. It is quite a sad company. I am glad I am gone from that place.
