Why Did I do this? - Anonymous Alliant Energy Employee Review

I joined just a few months ago and I realized now that I should have listened to the reviews and my gut. I accepted the job because the interviewers told me how amazing it is to work at Alliant Energy. I was given the bait and switch. This is the worst company I have worked at in my life. Management is a joke. My coworkers are worthless. The industry is consolidating. Management will not listen to its employees. Rather this feels like high school all over again. I need to get out of this place. The people were sooo untruthful in my interview. How can people lie so badly to candidates?
