Cons
I have worked here for over 10 years and have seen many forward thinking, bold, creative people/leaders let go in favor of backwards thinking, yes men. The company promotes strong culture and bold leadership but when you do those things there is no upside. The majority of the executive leadership does not practice what they preach. There is little chance of meaningful and fair promotion when they continually hire external directors and executives. The company is short sighted with initiatives and long term planning. All they care about is stock price and will cut departments and burden employees to get it. I suppose this is not different than many corporations and should be expected but at least stop lying to your employees about your values and mission when you do not follow them.
